Corey Alexander enjoys creating new treats for his guests, including a daily “amuse bouche.” Among his favorite dishes are his gnocchi with ratatouille, Amish chicken, ivory king salmon, and daily soups and sandwiches. A private wine room seats 12 for special events or meetings.
Both menus change seasonally, and in some cases, weekly, as our farmers bring us the best of the season. A dining experience at either Rock Creek changes your perception of healthy eating by raising your culinary conscience by establishing that a well-balanced meal can be nutritious and delicious.
